I wanted to share with you some of the items in my pantry that I have as snacks, breakfasts & lunches etc. I have started a health kick lifestyle change of clean & healthy eating. I know myself I struggle with snacks or ideas for lunches etc so thought I would share a few of my favorites at the moment.
The Fruit & seed ones I have 2 for breakfast with light cream cheese. 2 Slices is 100 Calories (not including the light cream cheese). I will often have 1 for an afternoon snack if I'm extra peckish.
The Multigrain Crunch ones I have for lunch with Avocado! So delicious! 2 slices of this one is 70 calories. Both are 100% natural and they are surprisingly so filling. First time I had them I made up 4 and struggled to finish 2!! Haha.
These are all natural & Vegan, they are 110 calories, so the ryvita crackers would be a better option however these are still healthy and have the 5 Star health star rating.
So there you have a few of my fav snacks and lunches etc.
